B-Heroic Leadership and Cultures
Driving Engagement, Well-Being, and Impact

Times of great challenges require great capacity — and everyday heroes.

Research shows that developing a heroic identity leads to increased resilience, impact, and well-being. These are critical qualities in times of great challenges, high polarization, and low engagement.

But we must update our understanding of everyday heroes and and heroines.

B-Heroic leaders and cultures supersize their growth mindset, develop everyday courage in its many variations, and take strategic and sustainable action that benefits us and others.
